I had some trouble recently installing the new version of Rhapsody version 4.0.
My problem was that I didn’t have Internet Explorer 7 installed. On my other computer I actually had to go into the Programs folder on my C drive and delete the Rhapsody folder after I uninstalled the older version.
One gripe I have about Rhapsody is that there isn’t just one version! There are about 15! I personally have the Best Buy version. This whole thing about the different provider versions is that the software is incompatible making it stupid confusing and time consuming to re-download the software.
