I feel like a proud parent.
I’m absolutely stoked to announce that The Happy Hour Hero.com Beta 2.5 site has just been launched!
The new website just oozes web 2.0yness!
New features include:
- Users can upload bars and happy hour information
- Users can sign up to contribute to the Blog, which also keeps a blog for themselves.
- Advanced tagging support means that bars and blogs can be categorized and utilized in very easy and awesome ways.
- We have a forum section as well. I’m not really sure what might happen with that, if anything, but only time will tell.
- User’s can save a list of their favorite bars for quick lookup.
- Coming Soon: Full Google map support showing all the bars in a google map, where the marker will link to the distinct happy hour information.
Special thanks to Gerard for helping me out transfer all the old happy hours into the new site manually.
