Designer's Dream: Preview fonts without installing anything

I came across the site Flipping Typical, it's a web-app that uses some Javascript to find all your installed fonts and it let's you try out a few words in all the fonts at once! The greatest part about this is that it works right through the browser and it's quite fast too.

I know that I've spent way too much time trying out a bazzilion fonts right there in Photoshop. You should definitely give it a whirl.
