at&t 3g modem speed test
I just setup a new at&t 3G USB modem on my MacBook Pro and I did a speed test. Here are the results.

Not too shabby; it brings pages up pretty quickly, the install was super easy on my Mac. I tried to install it on my work laptop running XP and the stupid program that you have to install tries to take over your computer it wants to manage all of your wifi connections, why? It worked for a second and then stopped working, and I haven't tried again.
Yet another example of why Windows gets a bad rep, at&t spent the time to make crap-ware for Windows b/c almost everyone uses it, but just made a barebones straight forward app for Mac OSX.
