Today I was poking around the Joomla website looking for a specific type of extension for a potential project that I have coming up. I glanced at the front page of Joomla and they had an entry congratulating Drupal of their newest release of version 5.0.

I decided to give Drupal a look.

I had some trouble recently installing the new version of Rhapsody version 4.0.

My problem was that I didn't have Internet Explorer 7 installed. On my other computer I actually had to go into the Programs folder on my C drive and delete the Rhapsody folder after I uninstalled the older version.

I'm laying here on my couch, writing this with my new Nokia 770 Internet tablet. Unfortunately I bought this two months ago and now it is obsolete by the Nokia 800. Which is much more awesome than this.
However I've been fighting the urge to buy a new 800.
Oh, well. i'll just deal, and drink more beer.

New Years Celebration '07

I recently returned from my week long cruise with Ashley and her parents. We set sail from Port Canaveral (that’s where the space shuttle takes off from) and we sailed around the Caribbean. Our ports of call were, in this order, Grand Turk of the Turks & Caicos islands, Half Moon Cay (private island owned by Carnival), and Nassau.

I won’t exhaust anyone of the details of the cruise, however here are some highlights:

• We ate, a lot.
• We got lots of sun.
• I won over $300 in roulette in 2 hours (Joel = high roller).
• I farted a lot.

I stayed in the hotel for a week, and one day there was a random towel swan. I guess the house keeper was struck with an overwhelming urge to create something while she picked up my soiled towels off the floor.

And yes, I did tip her extra for the swan.

For some reason some stupid Turkish asshole decided to “deface” a few of my websites. I don’t understand peoples need to do this? I included a screenshot of what they made come up instead of my websites was this.

I guess the reason they did this was to show their “hacker pals” that they are big time! They definitely are, ha-ha!
