RSS feeds are these cool little things that allow people to compile lots of information from different places. A good example of this is Google’s personal start page ( www.google.com/ig) . It allows you to add content from many news sites, you can also add RSS feeds from any place that has them, and even my blog has a RSS feed which is http://vabeachlife.blogspot.com/atom.xml.

Hey everyone,
I know I haven’t posted anything in a long time. I will cop out and use the excuse that I have been working on my house for the past few months. Yeah, that sounds good. Good news however, I am nearly done making my place that much cooler than yours. I’ll post some pics once I’m finished so that you can tell me how wonderful I am and how good everything looks.

Ok. Time for a funny story.

We are in Richmond for Harlan’s house warming party. It was a good time and as usual, everybody got completely shit faced. The story really doesn’t start till the end of the party.

Alright, I thought that I would bestow some newly acquired knowledge upon you all. I'm sure all of you know what a "camel toe" is on a woman. Well, there is a male version, and it is called the "moose knuckle." Take a look, if you dare!

First of all, let me say that the DVR (Digital Video Recorder) is a wonderful thing. My mom even thinks that the DVR is the single greatest invent in the past 50 years. And this is like a fact b/c my mom is so smart! I refuse to let TV rule my life. I hate changing my schedule around a show. I want to watch it when I’m ready, and when I have time. This is why the DVR suits me like a nice pair of ridiculously trendy jeans. So go buy a DVR right now.

For some reason we decided to pay $75 bucks for the privilege of running 13.1 miles. The funny thing is, we all had a ridiculously good time! These are pictures of Eric, Gerard, and I at the Rock’n Roll Half Marathon on September 4^th 2005. Gerard and Eric made it in 2 hours and 20 mins. I made it in at 2 hours 29 mins (I had to stop and drop a load about a mile into the race).

Being young and ambitious sucks. It just sucks........
