ICAL is a standard way to export calendar events. If you’re using a Mac is really easy to import this feed, but Outlook 2003 on Windows XP doesn’t make it quite so easy.
To add an ICAL calendar with all events to a Outlook:
Download the ICAL file, example: name.ics
Go to your Outlook calendar.
Click on File > [...]
