I haven't been very active posting to this blog or even messing around on the Internet doing fun things the past month or so. There are a number of reasons why, but the two big things are that the relationship I was in for the last 2 years fell apart pretty suddenly and I've been completely swamped at work.

The good news is that I'm nearly through the crazy, scrambling to get stuff done before unreasonable deadlines, time at work.

I figured that, while I don't post really personal information or talk about my feelings too much, I should still post something up here.

All right, no more boring stuff, get ready for some more awesomeness WOO HOO!

So I'm sitting here waiting for the Verizon guy to come and install my FIOS Internet and TV. So I need to make a list of what shows I have set to record on my old DVR. Please note, many of these shows are my girlfriends!

Well, I'm sitting here in a superman towel thinking about my life.

I'll be a quarter century in about 2 hours. It's a weird feeling. Hopefully I won't be this stressed out forever.

Its awful how things like this happen these days. I just wanted to take a second and express the great sadness that I feel for the 20-22 30 people's lives that were ended prematurely today at Virginia Tech.

I decided to give The Happy Hour Hero a facelift.

I recently returned from my week long cruise with Ashley and her parents. We set sail from Port Canaveral (that’s where the space shuttle takes off from) and we sailed around the Caribbean. Our ports of call were, in this order, Grand Turk of the Turks & Caicos islands, Half Moon Cay (private island owned by Carnival), and Nassau.

I won’t exhaust anyone of the details of the cruise, however here are some highlights:

• We ate, a lot.
• We got lots of sun.
• I won over $300 in roulette in 2 hours (Joel = high roller).
• I farted a lot.

I stayed in the hotel for a week, and one day there was a random towel swan. I guess the house keeper was struck with an overwhelming urge to create something while she picked up my soiled towels off the floor.

And yes, I did tip her extra for the swan.
